Center/forward Tristan Thompson is nearing a deal to return to the Cleveland Cavaliers, as confirmed by Rich Paul, CEO of Klutch Sports, to The Athletic and Stadium. Thompson was a key part of the Cavaliers’ 2016 NBA title-winning team and participated in four NBA Finals. He will now provide the Cavs with leadership and some frontcourt depth.
