Bayern Munich is sixth in the Euroleague standings with 11 wins from 18 games

Bayern Munich coach Andrea Trinchieri talks after the 84-82 road loss against Olympiacos.

“Congratulations to Olympiacos. Very tough game, very physical game. I believe it was a very good game to watch. We dished 23 assists, we scored the same number of threes, we had 12 offensive rebounds and we lost at the last shot. I believe we put together an excellent game without five players. I feel sorry for my players because they really hard, we played through mistakes and we never, never gave up. Also when Olympiacos scored some big threes, we played like a team. The only thing that did not go the right way was the scoreboard at the end, all the rest did. We came without five players, but we played a game like we had everybody. It is what it is, I am proud of my players and how we played against a very difficult team, and a very experienced team. Let’s move to the next one.”
