A tragic incident occurred during Monday night’s game between the Sacramento Kings and the New Orleans Pelicans at the Golden 1 Center.
A fan suffered a medical emergency during the first quarter of the game and, despite immediate resuscitation attempts by medical personnel, sadly passed away.
The Kings team expressed their deepest condolences to the family and loved ones of the guest. The victim, a man in his 30s, was unresponsive upon the arrival of the medics and was pronounced dead after 20 minutes.
Keegan Murray, a player for the Kings, stated that the team was not aware of the situation and extended his condolences to the fan’s family.
