Toronto Raptors shut down Brandon Ingram for season after ankle injection

Brandon Ingram won’t play this season after undergoing treatment on his injured left ankle, coach Rajakovic says

Brandon Ingram’s debut with the Toronto Raptors will have to wait. After being sidelined since December with a left ankle sprain, the forward received a PRP injection and has officially been ruled out for the rest of the season.

Ingram joined Toronto on Feb. 6 and signed a three-year, $120M extension days later. Coach Darko Rajakovic confirmed he’s recovering well and should return for summer workouts.
