According to Sam Amick, the former Knicks coach would be interested in returning to the Chicago Bulls if ownership and the new front office show interest

Tom Thibodeau could look back to Chicago for the next step of his coaching career. According to Sam Amick, the veteran coach is interested in the possibility of a Chicago Bulls reunion.

The 68-year-old was fired by the Knicks last summer and is now searching for the right fit for his coaching future. A Bulls return is reportedly among the scenarios, provided the Reinsdorf family and newly hired executive vice president of basketball operations Bryson Graham have interest.

Thibodeau previously coached Chicago from 2010 to 2015, leaving a major mark on the franchise’s recent history. Any potential reunion would now depend on the direction chosen by the Bulls’ new front office structure.
