Cleveland is expected to join the OKC Blue as an affiliate player

The Oklahoma City Thunder have signed and immediately waived Antonius Cleveland in order to acquire his G League rights, according to Keith Smith.

Also, Smith adds that the Thunder have signed Melvin Frazier Jr.
