The Oklahoma City Thunder could target Herb Jones as they look to replace Jalen Williams’ production following his injury. According to Sean Deveney, the New Orleans Pelicans forward is a potential trade target for the defending NBA champions.
Jones has seen his playing time drop significantly early in the season, falling from 28.4 minutes per game to 17.0. That decrease could make him a player to monitor as Oklahoma City explores possible ways to address Williams’ absence.
No deal has been reported as imminent, and it remains unclear whether the two teams have discussed a potential trade. For now, Jones is simply being mentioned as a possible option for the Thunder as they look to maintain their production without Williams.
