French guard Thomas Heurtel has filed a lawsuit against FC Barcelona, seeking a multimillion-euro compensation for his aborted signing. The case is now heading to court.
As reported by Esports RAC1 and confirmed by Mundo Deportivo, Heurtel is demanding €1.6 million in damages, claiming he turned down a lucrative ASVEL offer after negotiations with Barça collapsed unexpectedly.
Barcelona denies the claims, insisting no signed agreement ever existed between the two sides. The legal dispute will now be settled in court in the coming months.
