Thibodeau on Knicks’ loss: “Huge” free throw gap vs Pistons

Tom Thibodeau didn’t hold back after the New York Knicks fell 100-94 in Game 2 to the Detroit Pistons.

“Huge discrepancy in free throws,” he said, highlighting how Jalen Brunson wasn’t getting the same calls as Cade Cunningham.

Despite both stars shooting a similar number of free throws, Thibodeau insisted on consistency: “I don’t care how they call the game, just be consistent.” Frustration lingered as the Knicks trailed in fouls and on the scoreboard.
