Australian guard Taran Armstrong has agreed to a deal with Dubai Basketball, sources told ESPN.

The 23-year-old joins the EuroLeague newcomers after a two-way stint with the Golden State Warriors, mostly playing in the G-League for Santa Cruz. He averaged 17.1 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 4.7 assists with the Cairns Taipans in the 2024–25 NBL season.

Armstrong will be the only Australian male player in the EuroLeague this year, joining a Dubai roster featuring Dzanan Musa, Davis Bertans, and Dwayne Bacon, currently sitting at 1–1 in the standings.
