Surne Bilbao sign Manex Ansorregi through 2028

Manex Ansorregi is a new Surne Bilbao player. The Basque club announced the signing of the 2002-born forward on a contract through 2028.

Ansorregi, 1.95m, arrives from Askatuak Gipuzkoa, where he averaged 9.1 points and 5.4 rebounds in 1ª FEB last season. His standout performances included 16 points and 15 rebounds against Movistar Estudiantes and 21 points against Hestia Menorca.

Developed at ISB Iraurgi, he earned promotion to 1ª FEB in 2020-21 and later played for GBC. Bilbao’s sporting department highlighted his energy, intensity, physical impact, transition game and rebounding presence.
