At 37 years and 9 months, Steph Curry has become the oldest player in NBA history to record back-to-back 45+ point games, joining Michael Jordan as the only players to achieve the feat past age 37.
Curry scored 49 points (7-for-9 on twos, 9-for-17 on threes) in the Warriors’ 109-108 comeback win over the San Antonio Spurs, rallying from a 10-point deficit in the fourth quarter. Two nights earlier, he had dropped 46 points, along with 5 rebounds, 5 assists, and 2 steals, again against San Antonio.
The Warriors also notched their first NBA Cup win, powered by Curry’s brilliance. Even nearing 38, the two-time MVP continues to redefine greatness with record-setting performances.
