The Spurs will start De’Aaron Fox, Stephon Castle and Dylan Harper together in their season opener against Oklahoma City

Mitch Johnson has confirmed that De’Aaron Fox, Stephon Castle and Dylan Harper will start together against Oklahoma City. Devin Vassell and Victor Wembanyama will complete the starting five.

“We’re planning on starting that same crew,” Johnson said. San Antonio first tested the lineup against Phoenix and posted a plus-10 margin in the trio’s 11 minutes together.

“We have a talented group, especially in the backcourt,” Fox said. “A lot of how special that first group can be is going to be predicated on how we shoot the ball.”
