Dylan Harper left Game 2 of the Western Conference Finals between the San Antonio Spurs and Oklahoma City Thunder with a right hamstring injury.
The Spurs rookie went down in the third quarter of the 122-113 loss after driving to the basket and having his layup blocked by Shai Gilgeous-Alexander. Harper tried to stay on the floor briefly before being subbed out and heading to the locker room.
His injury adds to San Antonio’s backcourt problems, with De’Aaron Fox already missing his second straight game due to a right high ankle sprain.
Harper finished with 12 points, 3 assists and 2 rebounds in 25 minutes. Coach Mitch Johnson had no immediate update, but admitted that being down two primary creators puts “a ton” of pressure on the rest of the team.
