The San Antonio Spurs are moving forward with their project based on young talent, signing forward Julian Champagnie on a four-year, 12 million (Team Option for the last season) and (via L’Equipe) granting rookie Sidy Cissoko a guaranteed multi-year deal.
Champagnie last year scored 11 points with four rebounds and 40 percent from long range in the 15 games he played with the Spurs.
Cissoko was the No. 44 pick of the last NBA Draft.
Free agent forward Julian Champagnie is finalizing a new deal with the San Antonio Spurs, sources tell ESPN.
