Spanish Basketball Federation reportedly offered to Scariolo contract extension until 2024

President of the Spanish Basketball Federation Jorge Garbajosa wants to extend Sergio Scariolo’s contract until 2024.

During an interview with AS, Garbajosa said that he has already communicated his intention to Scariolo and his agent.

The italian coach asked some time to reflect on the proposal.

Scariolo is also assistant of Nick Nurse with the Toronto Raptors. He’s under contract with the NBA reigning champs until 2021.
