Canadian guard Shamiel Stevenson is heading to Serbia to join the basketball club Kolubara to get his professional career started, his agent Faraz Khan told Sportando. He will begin on a 2-week tryout, then the expectation is that he’ll sign a deal for the rest of the season.

Stevenson played three years of college basketball at Pittsburgh and Nebraska, averaging seven points and 3.4 rebounds per game for his NCAA career. He will be automatically eligible for the 2022 NBA Draft.
