The Thunder superstar, an MVP candidate, has parted ways with Thad Foucher and will now negotiate his own contract

Oklahoma City Thunder star Shai Gilgeous-Alexander has parted ways with his agent, Thad Foucher of Wasserman, and will now represent himself, ESPN confirms. The MVP-caliber guard is eligible for a $300 million supermax extension with the Thunder this summer.

Foucher previously represented Russell Westbrook before their split in 2022. At 26, Gilgeous-Alexander is having a dominant season, leading the league with 32.5 points per game while shooting 52.3% from the field. NBA journalist Chris Haynes first reported the news.
