ON HIS ROLE
“I have to try to give some confidence to the team and work hard to put all the great players I have by my side in a position to give their best, to facilitate group chemistry. We are a very good team capable of achieving something important, we still have many games ahead to put us in a position to play the Euroleague playoffs and make a lot of noise, as long as we don’t stop improving, one game after the other”.
ON HIS RETURN TO MILAN
“There has never been anything negative towards Milan, it’s a beautiful city, the Armani organisation is super with a great coach and teammates with whom I get along very well. For me too it is great to be able to continue on the road with Olimpia, we have already won together and we can end this season with something great too. There were many rumours before my return, but the real turning point was the game against Real Madrid in Belgrade: the next day, my agent closed with Milan. It was easy for me to decide to come back’.
ON THE MOMENT
“Now Mirotic and Lo are back: we know how strong they are, we are working to be able to play well together on the court and not only on paper”.
