According to SDNA, the EuroLeague Board has decided that the competition will remain unchanged at least for the 2026/27 season.

The regular season format will stay the same, with a home-and-away structure for a total of 38 games, granting access to the Play-In and playoffs.
Any potential changes will only be introduced starting from the 2027/28 season.
What remains to be finalized is the composition of the 20 teams: ASVEL Villeurbanne could be at risk of exclusion, AS Monaco Basket is dealing with financial issues, while Real Madrid and Fenerbahçe have yet to sign their new agreements.
