Sassari reportedly close to sign Gerald Robinson

Robinson was averaging 10.6 points, 6 assists and 1.2 steals in BBL, shooting 50% from the field, 46% from three and 53% from the foul line.

According to Superbasket, Dinamo Sassari is in advanced talks with BV Chemnitz 99 to bring Gerald Robinson back to Italy.

The Italian team would be ready to pay a buy-out to sign the Georgia product to a 1 + 1 contract.

Robinson played in Rome with new Dinamo Sassari coach Piero Bucchi in the first part of last season.
