The Sacramento Kings, now led by GM Scott Perry, are targeting a first-round pick in the 2025 Draft, sources told HoopsHype. To get there, the team is listening to offers for Malik Monk and Devin Carter.

Monk averaged 17.2 points and 5.6 assists in a breakout year and has two more seasons under contract. Carter, the 13th overall pick in 2024, was once untouchable but is now being discussed in trade talks.

With De’Aaron Fox gone to the Spurs, Perry is pursuing a veteran point guard. Meanwhile, Domantas Sabonis, Zach LaVine, and DeMar DeRozan are also on Sacramento’s radar as possible targets.
