The American guard is averaging 16 points, 4.5 rebounds and 3.1 assists in Serie A with Pesaro.

Marcin Gortat announced his retirement from basketball in an interview with TVP.Info.
The Polish big man has played 12 seasons in the NBA collecting 806 games at 9.9 points and 7.9 rebounds per contest.
Gortat wore the jersey of the Los Angeles Clippers last season.
“I am retiring. I am finishing my basketball career. I want to thank all the supporters that were watching and supporting me. It was very important for me. It is time to end my career. I think this is the moment. I gave myself a year to see what life would bring me and it brought me to the decision of retiring”.
Gortat has earned more than $95 million in his NBA career.
Gortat will be 36 on Monday, February 17.

After the important victory of the SYNTAINICS MBC last Wednesday against RASTA Vechta, there was a public conflict. Björn Harmsen denounced individual players by media.
