Johnny O’Bryant is in advanced discussions to re-sign with Russian side Lokomotiv Kuban, a source told Sportando.
The former NBA player averaged 16.3ppg, 5.7rpg and 2.6apg in VTB League and 13.8ppg and 5.1rpg in EuroCup his first season with the Russian team.
O’Bryant has played 147 games in the NBA after being selected by the Milwaukee Bucks with the 36th overall pick of the 2014 draft.
He averaged 3.5 points and 2.4 rebounds playing for Bucks, Nuggets and Hornets.

The American spent the past three seasons in Italian Serie A2 with Agrigento (two years) and Rieti.

Jeff Brooks and Olimpia Milano will remain together, a source told Sportando.
The American forward with Italian passport and the Italian powerhouse have reached an agreement in principle on a contract extension for the future.
Brooks will be at his third season in Italy with Milano where he averaged 4.3ppg and 4.6rpg in EuroLeague and 6.5ppg and 5.6rpg in Serie A.
The Italy’s National Team member will be one of the sixth Italians of the team with Andrea Cinciarini, Davide Moretti, Riccardo Moraschini, Paul Biligha and, maybe, Gigi Datome.
Datome has a contract without opt out clause in his contract with Fenerbahce but he is being pursued by Milano very hard over the last few days also considering the uncertainty in Fenerbahce.

After Oklahoma State was hit with a postseason ban for the 2020-21 season, potential 2021 NBA top pick Cade Cunningham may decide not to join the Cowboys after all.
“We’re going to have conversations over the next few days, probably weeks, and look at all the options whatever they are: G-League, overseas, other universities, stay at Oklahoma State,” Oklahoma State head coach Mike Boynton said. ““At the end of the day whatever his family and he decide is best, I’m going to get in tow with that and I’m going got support it 100 percent.”
