Jimmy Gavin leaves Cherno More because his passport ran out of pages

Jimmy Gavin has left Cherno More in Bulgaria for one of the weirdest reasons ever.

The guard, who was averaging 20.5 points in Bulgarian league, had to part ways with the team because his passport ran out of pages and there were no pages left for a new visa.

“Jimmy’s passport is complete. There are no more pages to add a visa stamp” said Sasha Topchov. “21+35 days are required to re-issue his passport and visa. This means that we should play without him for two months. Something impossible for both parties. It is very unpleasant for us because Jimmy is a great guy but there is nothing we can do” Topchov added saying that Chern More will not hit the market for a new player.

Obviously we have to make a step ahead and he has to do the same. We signed him to help Fantinelli grow. We have to help him. His future doesn’t depend on the Italian Cup. We will hit the market only if we have injured players.”
