Illawarra Hawks re-sign Tyler Harvey

Tyler Harvey has signed a new three-year deal with the Illawarra Hawks, as announced by the Australian team.

The guard plans to obtain an Australian passport.

Since joining the Hawks in the 2020-2021 season, Harvey has been one of the best scorers in the NBL.

Harvey has put together averages of 17.6 points, three assists and three rebounds in 125 NBL games.

In his debut season with the Hawks, he was named to the All-NBL First Team.

Jean Montero’s future is a hotly debated topic in Spain after the 20-year-old Dominican point guard’s excellent year with the MoraBanc Andorra jersey.

According to Chema De Lucas, Montero is expected to decide the next step of his career between NBA and Euroleague.

OFFICIAL: Kendrick Nunn signs 2-year extension with Panathinaikos

Panathinaikos announced the contract extension of Kendrick Nunn until 2026, with an NBA-only exit clause.

The guard ended the Playoffs-series against Maccabi tel Aviv with over 19 points per game, shooting 51% from long distance.

 

Immediately after his 26 points in Game 5, Coach Ataman called Nunn the best scorer in the entire Euroleague.

“Kendrick is an extraordinary player, even thinking about the NBA. After he arrived, I told the staff: if we can get him involved, he will become a big deal. He is a great person, a great player, and tonight he proved that he is the best offensive player in Euroleague.”

Panathinaikos AKTOR president Dimitris Giannakopoulos posted a video on Instagram documenting the moment when American player Kendric Nunn signs the renewal of his contract with the club.
