Illawarra Hawks re-sign Tyler Harvey

Tyler Harvey has signed a new three-year deal with the Illawarra Hawks, as announced by the Australian team.

The guard plans to obtain an Australian passport.

Since joining the Hawks in the 2020-2021 season, Harvey has been one of the best scorers in the NBL.

Harvey has put together averages of 17.6 points, three assists and three rebounds in 125 NBL games.

In his debut season with the Hawks, he was named to the All-NBL First Team.

NBA or Euroleague in Jean Montero’s future?

Jean Montero’s future is a hotly debated topic in Spain after the 20-year-old Dominican point guard’s excellent year with the MoraBanc Andorra jersey.

According to Chema De Lucas, Montero is expected to decide the next step of his career between NBA and Euroleague.

Fenerbahce is among the main Euroleague teams interested.

Montero in ACB is producing averages of 15 points, 5.1 assists and 2 steals in 26 minutes per game.

Despite his young age, the player is no longer eligible for the NBA Draft, having already decided to declare in 2022. Therefore, Montero could enter the NBA market as a free agent, free to sign with any team.

OFFICIAL: Kendrick Nunn signs 2-year extension with Panathinaikos

Panathinaikos announced the contract extension of Kendrick Nunn until 2026, with an NBA-only exit clause.

The guard ended the Playoffs-series against Maccabi tel Aviv with over 19 points per game, shooting 51% from long distance.

 

Immediately after his 26 points in Game 5, Coach Ataman called Nunn the best scorer in the entire Euroleague.

“Kendrick is an extraordinary player, even thinking about the NBA. After he arrived, I told the staff: if we can get him involved, he will become a big deal. He is a great person, a great player, and tonight he proved that he is the best offensive player in Euroleague.”

Kendrick Nunn signs new deal with Panathinaikos in front of Giannakopoulos

Panathinaikos AKTOR president Dimitris Giannakopoulos posted a video on Instagram documenting the moment when American player Kendric Nunn signs the renewal of his contract with the club.

Giannakopoulos, visibly excited, accompanied the post with a strong comment: ‘Do you see what I see? Because I see the MVP who will win the EuroLeague in the next five years’.

In the video, a light-hearted moment is also shown when Giannakopoulos gives Nunn a statuette of Al Pacino in ‘Scarface’, sparking laughter and an amusing exchange about their shared love for the film.

According to rumours Nunn signed a two-year deal with NBA escape.

Nenad Dimitrijevic reportedly joining Olimpia Milano on multi-year deal

According to reports from EuroDevotion, Nenad Dimitrijevic will indeed be the first addition to Olimpia Milano’s backcourt for next season.

The parties have reportedly reached an agreement on a three-year deal.

Dimitrijevic was named MVP of the VTB League regular season, where he produced 18.4 points, 6.8 assists and 1.2 steals per game with Unics Kazan, shooting 53 percent from the field, 43 percent from long range and 90 percent from the foul line.

Born in 1998 in North Macedonia, a 190-centimetre playmaker, Dimitrijevic is averaging 18.4 points with 3.6 rebounds and 6.9 assists this VTB season in a Unics jersey.

A product of Badalona, Nenad Dimitrijevic played in the 2021-2022 season in Valencia before moving to Russia, producing 5.5 points and 3.9 assists in the EuroCup.

Sylvain Francisco is close to reaching a two-year deal with Zalgiris Kaunas from next season, according to BasketNews.

Francisco, who spent last season with FC Bayern Munich, showed good performances in his EuroLeague debut, averaging 10.6 points, 1.7 rebounds and 3.2 assists in 19 minutes per game.

Aquila Trento-Daulton Hommes: details of the agreement

Daulton Hommes is ready to return to the court after a year’s stop due to a serious knee injury.

The latest checks carried out in Trento have confirmed his full recovery.

Hommes, who has already had experience with important teams such as the New Orleans Pelicans and Saski Baskonia, is now close to signing with Dolomiti Energia Trento.
