Roma SPQR is on the verge of signing Wendell Moore Jr., beating Partizan Belgrade to the American swingman. According to Mozzart Sport, Partizan had reached the final stages of negotiations, but the deal ultimately collapsed over the contract’s final details.
Roma SPQR reportedly secured the agreement by offering a more flexible NBA exit clause, giving Moore a better opportunity to return to the NBA during the season.
The ambitious Italian project, backed by investor Donnie Nelson and promoted with the involvement of Luka Dončić, will compete in the EuroCup in the 2026-27 campaign.
