Trade talks with Philadelphia and Brooklyn are gaining momentum as Marc Stein reports the Rockets are determined to get a deal done as soon as today.

Stein also reports that the Rockets are pursuing a package including Ben Simmons and Tyrese Maxey from the Sixers.
