Robin Benzing joins Peñarol Basketball

Benzing scored 13.3 points in 26 minutes per game last season in the italian LBA

Robin Benzing, an experienced German forward who spent last year in Italy with Fortitudo Bologna, is headed to Uruguay to play with Peñarol Basketball.

Benzing, who will help his new team in the Basketball Champions League Americas, scored 13.3 points in 26 minutes per game last season in the italian LBA, shooting 38 percent from long range.
