Riga has strengthened its backcourt with the signing of Tony Perkins, who has agreed to a one-year contract with the Latvian club.
The American guard spent his first professional season between the Czech league, a brief stint with Treviso, and the final part of the year in Lithuania.
Playing for Kedainiai Nevezis in the LKL, Perkins averaged 17 points, 2.5 assists, and 1.1 steals per game, establishing himself as one of the team’s key offensive contributors.
“Rīgas Zeļļi” turpina komplektēt sastāvu debijas sezonai Eirokausā, noslēdzot viena gada līgumu ar 24 gadus veco amerikāņu aizsargu Toniju Pērkinsu.
