According to Chema de Lucas, Bayern Munich is close to finalizing the signing of Xavier Rathan-Mayes.

The 31-year-old Canadian guard is still under contract with Real Madrid, but a move appears likely after a season in which he played just around 12 minutes per game in both the EuroLeague (5.3 points, with several DNPs) and the ACB.

Rathan-Mayes joined the Spanish powerhouse after leading the VTB League in scoring during the 2023/24 season, averaging 25.4 points per game for Enisey Krasnoyarsk.
