Reggie Upshaw joins Hapoel Tel Aviv

Upshaw remains in Winner League

Reggie Upshaw is a new player of Hapoel Tel Aviv, the Israeli team announced.
Last year the forward played in the final phase of Winner League for Maccabi Haifa, averaging 13.9 points and 7.6 rebounds per game.
