Lester Quiñones is becoming a name to watch on the European market. According to Chema de Lucas, Real Madrid have shown interest in the Dominican guard as the potential separation from Lonnie Walker and Maccabi Tel Aviv remains complicated, with Walker still under contract for two more years.
Quiñones, 25 years old and listed at 1.93 meters, has NBA experience with the Golden State Warriors, New Orleans Pelicans and Philadelphia 76ers. His Dominican status is also relevant for the Spanish market, as he would not occupy a non-EU roster spot.
Real Madrid are not the only team following him. Emiliano Carchia reports that Partizan Belgrade are also interested in the player as they look for perimeter additions. Quiñones could therefore become one of the next notable names to follow in the EuroLeague market.
