Real Madrid Reportedly in Advanced Talks with former NBA Center Damian Jones

Real Madrid is in advanced negotiations to sign veteran center Damian Jones, according to a report by Donatas Urbonas.

The 31-year-old big man spent eight seasons in the NBA, winning two championships during his career. His last NBA campaign came in 2023-24 with the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Over the past two years, Jones has played in the Chinese Basketball Association with Zhejiang Chouzhou, before a brief stint in Puerto Rico’s BSN with Vaqueros de Bayamón.

If the deal is finalized, Jones would bring significant experience and frontcourt depth to Real Madrid ahead of the new season.
