Real Madrid-Panathinaikos is the final of the 2024 edition of the Berlin Final Four. The defending champions will be able to defend their title on Sunday, 26 May at the Berlin Arena.

Olympiacos gets off to a 6-0 start and goes back to -13, Peters steps up and drags his team to 66-56 with 2′ to go with a 19-10 run. Llull hits a 3-pointer with 1:12 left. 71-58 at the end of the third quarter, 17 by Peters but Real still in control.

FOURTH QUARTER

The Greeks have taken measures on defense, but struggle on offense to really shorten the gap. Goss’ triple at 6:30 is worth a lot for 76-67. Fall naively commits a foul on Llull, but the Spaniard makes 1/3 from the lunette, Goss again finds the 77-69 support at 5:32. And here everything happens: Hezonja misses from 3, Tavares rebounds and technical foul to the Greek bench. Hezonja makes the free, Tavares makes 1/2 and 79-69 at 5.20. The Greeks’ hands are shaking, the Spaniards don’t score but defend, and Chacho chisels the 81-69 at 3.50. McKissic answers with a triple for 81-72, but the Greeks lack breath and continuity. Two supports by Musa close the match.
