Pedro Martínez says Gaby Deck’s left shoulder injury is more serious than initially expected, with no recovery timetable yet

Real Madrid are concerned about Gabriel Deck’s condition. Head coach Pedro Martínez admitted that the Argentine forward’s left shoulder injury appears more serious than initially expected.

“I imagine the club will communicate something shortly. In principle, the injury is more serious than we thought,” Martínez said after the 120-83 win over Manresa. “I don’t know the exact timeline or the treatment he will receive.”

Deck suffered the injury on Tuesday and had already missed Real Madrid’s EuroLeague win over Partizan. The issue is with his left shoulder, which had already troubled him in late August while playing for Argentina.
