Rayvonte Rice signs with AEK Athens

Rice is coming back to Europe after playing one season in Japan

Rayvonte Rice has signed a deal with AEK Athens of the Greek A1 and FIBA Basketball Champions League, agent Charles Misuraca of SLASH Sports told Sportando.

The 29-year-old guard played in Japan last season, averaging 19.8 points, 5.2 rebounds and 2.7 assists per game for Kyoto Hannaryz.

Rice has also played in Italy, France, Iran, Mexico, Russia and Israel during his professional career. The last time he played in Europe, he averaged 13.4 points and three rebounds in 10 games for Ironi Ness Ziona in the Israeli Winner League.
