Rayvonte Rice officially joins Ironi Nes Ziona

Rayvonte Rice agreed to terms with Ironi Nes Ziona for the resumption of the Israeli Winner League season.
Rice most recently played for Avtodor Saratov and Hapoel Eilat this season.
