Raptors’ Chris Boucher apologizes for violating self-quarantine

"It was never my intention to endanger our community. I recognize my mistake and have remained self-quarantined since"

Toronto Raptors forward Chris Boucher has issued an apology for violating the team’s self-quarantine.

Boucher violated the self-quarantine by going to the grocery store before results of the coronavirus test came back. He then tested negative.

“I want to apologize to the city of Toronto, our fans and the Raptors organization. While I tested negative for COVID-19, it was never my intention to endanger our community. I recognize my mistake and have remained self-quarantined since. Let’s stay safe Toronto.”
