Promitheas Patras has announced the signing of Apostolos Nikolaidis, a 2006-born point guard standing at 1.91 meters, as the Greek club continues to invest in young talent. Nikolaidis began his basketball development with Ekpaideftiria Mantoulidis before joining Olympiacos’ youth academy.
He made his Stoiximan GBL debut during the 2022-23 season with Lavrio. Last season, the young guard played in the Elite League with Panerythraikos, averaging 10.4 points, 5.1 rebounds and 5.1 assists per game.
Nikolaidis will now have the opportunity to continue his development with Promitheas Patras, which has completed its latest move by adding one of Greece’s promising young guards.
