Pistons won’t buyout Derrick Rose

Detroit has reportedly rebuffed trade inquiries for former MVP.

Before the trade deadline, the Detroit Pistons have rebuffed interest from the Los Angeles Lakers in trading for Derrick Rose: the Lakers have been seeking a perimeter scorer to round out their roster.

According to ESPN’s Brian Windhorst, there’s “no chance” that the Pistons will negotiate a buyout with former NBA MVP. Rose signed a two-year, $15 million deal with the Pistons this past offseason.
