The Detroit Pistons are looking for a lottery-level, 1st-round pick in exchange for Derrick Rose, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic.

The Lakers and 76ers have previously expressed interest in trading for Rose, who has told Detroit Free Press that he wants to stay with the Pistons.
