Detroit is widely expected to pick at no. 1 and not trade the pick

The Detroit Pistons own the top overall pick and league sources have recently emphasized that it is “highly likely” they will stay in that slot and select Cade Cunningham at No. 1, reports Kevin O’Connor of The Ringer.

The Houston Rockets own the second overall pick and “would love” to end up with Cunningham.
