Detroit Pistons forward Christian Wood has tested positive for coronavirus, as reported by Shams Charania of The Athletic. Wood has shown no symptoms and is doing well at this point.
His positive test marks the third in the NBA and the first besides Rudy Gobert and Donovan Mitchell of the Utah Jazz. Detroit has played Utah last Saturday.
