The Phoenix Suns are increasingly leaning towards retaining Deandre Ayton. A trade had been a possibility for a long time, but now the front office is planning on starting the big man alongside Kevin Durant, Devin Booker, and Bradley Beal.
Last season, Ayton maintained an average of 18 points and 10 rebounds per game for Phoenix. Over the first five years of his career, the center has averaged 16.7 points and 10.4 rebounds per game.
