Carter arrived last offseason in Phoenix after a rookie season with Memphis.

The Phoenix Suns have reached an agreement to re-sign back-up guard Jevon Carter on a 3-year, $11.5M deal, reports Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.

Carter averaged 4.9 points and 2.0 rebounds per game last season as a back-up point guard for the Suns.
