The Phoenix Suns defeated the San Antonio Spurs 102-98 in a closely contested game. Luke Kennard led the way for Phoenix with 20 points, including four three-pointers, while Jalen Green added 18 points and five assists. Dillon Brooks contributed 15 points, and Khaman Maluach made an impact in the paint with a double-double of 10 points and 15 rebounds.
Dylan Harper was San Antonio’s leading scorer with 15 points, followed by Victor Wembanyama and Stephon Castle, who finished with 13 apiece. Wembanyama also recorded seven rebounds and six assists, while Castle added seven rebounds and five assists. The Spurs were hurt by their 19 turnovers, compared to Phoenix’s 15, and were unable to complete a late comeback.
