Kyle Lowry officially entered the 20-season club Sunday night as the Philadelphia 76ers beat the Brooklyn Nets 129-105. The 39-year-old guard became the 12th player in NBA history to reach the milestone.

“Who would have thought it 20 years ago?” said coach Nick Nurse, praising Lowry’s longevity and leadership. The veteran hit a 3-pointer, added an assist and a steal, and smiled as his teammates cheered him on. “They’re so happy for me,” Lowry said.

A six-time All-Star and 2019 NBA champion with Toronto, Lowry is widely regarded as the greatest Raptor ever. Teammate Tyrese Maxey called him “a Hall of Famer” and credited Lowry’s mentorship. Lowry also serves this season as a Prime Video analyst, with expanded media duties ahead.
