The Milwaukee Bucks are viewed as the most likely destination for Peyton Watson in a potential sign-and-trade with the Denver Nuggets, according to Brett Siegel of ClutchPoints.

The Bucks would have a clear opening in their starting lineup for an athletic wing like Watson and could take advantage of the $25.4 million trade exception created by the deal that sent Giannis Antetokounmpo to the Miami Heat.

However, Denver will have to deal with the restrictions of the second apron and luxury tax implications. As a result, the Nuggets risk losing Watson in exchange for only draft picks, although players such as Jaime Jaquez Jr. or AJ Green could be attractive fits for Denver’s style of play.
