Peppe Poeta announced in a beautiful social media post his decision to retire from basketball.
The 36 years old point guard spent the past two seasons with Vanoli Cremona, producing 6.9 points and 5.6 assists per game in 2021/22.
Poeta played also in ACB for Baskonia (2013-14) and Manresa (2014-15).
The pointguard was part of the Italy squad for EuroBasket 2013 and 2015.
